BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed
in favor of Burlington Young and wife, Irean Young, attached herewith which
shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes
of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied
herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 14 day of Atober , 1971.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK $
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality of the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/
100 ($1. 00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid
-by BURLINGTON YOUNG and7mife, IREAN YOUNG, of Lubbock County, Texas,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, does hereby ABAN-
DON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said BUR-
.. LINGTON YOUNG and wife, IREAN YOUNG, of Lubbock County, Texas, all its
right, title and interest in and to that certain tract of land lying and being situated
in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot

Coronado Addition to the City.of Lubbock,
Lubbock County, Texas;
TIIHNCE South 72 feet;
THENCE West 120 feet;
THENCE North 72 feet;
THENCE East along the South! line of said
Lot 26, a distance of 120 feet: to the. POINT

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises together with all and singular;._
the rights and privileges -and appurtenances. thereto in any manner belonging unto
the said BURLINGTON YOUNG and wife, IREAN YOUNG, their heirs and assigns,
nor any person or persons' claiming under it'shall,- at any time hereafter, have,
claim, or demand any right to title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances,
or any part thereof.
