HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 070871H - Fair Market Value Of Property To Be Acquired - 07_08_1971:11 RESOLUTION 070V / ff A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOC] CONCURRING IN THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF PROPERTY TO BE AC- QUIRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CANYON LAKES PROJECT. WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development re- quires that the fair market value be established on property to be acquired in conjunction with the Canyon Lakes Project, Project No. OSL-TX-06-16-1006 and; WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock has requested and has secured two (2) independent appraisals of property to be acquired within such project and has evaluated these appraisals, NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock does hereby find that the fair market value of the parcels of land to be acquired in such project is that set forth opposite the parcel numbers shown below and as further identified by the maps attached hereto and made a part hereof.
