RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREET AND/OR AVENUES AS
LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Melonie Park South, Lots'73-142, made arrange
ments with Kerr Construction Co, for the construction of paving improvements or
certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said
Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Melonie Park South,
Lots 73-142, including the following streets:
Memphis Drive from its intersection with a line 3.00 feet South of the alley
South of 78th Drive to its intersection with a line 3.00 feet South of the all
North of 77th Drive (East Side) known and designated as New Subdivision Unit
Number 1904.
77th Drive from its intersection with the Southeast lip line of Memphis Drive
to its intersection with a line 9.00 feet East of the West Property Line of
Joliet Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1905.
78th Drive from its intersection with the Southeast lip line of Memphis Drive
its intersection with a line 9.00 feet East of the West Property Line of Jolie
Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1906.

intersection with a line 3.00 feet South of the alley South of 78th Drive know
and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1907.
Kenosha Drive from its intersection with a line 3.00 feet South of the alley N rth
of 78th Drive to its intersection with the North lip line of 78th Drive known
and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1908.
Kenosha Drive from its intersection with the South Lip Line of 77th Drive to it's
intersection with a line 3.00 feet South of the alley South of 77th Drive know
and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1909.
Kenosha Drive from its intersection with the North lij line of 77th Drive to i s
ntersection with a line 3.00 feet South of the alley North of 77th Drive known
and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1910ei
Joliet Avenue from its intersection with the South lip line of 78th Drive to its
intersection with a line 3.00 feet South of the alley South of 78th Drive know
and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1911.
Joliet Avenue from its intersection with a line 3.00 feet South of the alley
North of 77th Drive to its intersection with a line 10.00 feet North of the
South Property Line of 78th Drive known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 1912.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the abovemen-
tioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with
the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be an
the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and'he is hereby authoriz d
to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to release escrow
money.
II,
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
