Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Clain Deed in favor of LaJunda McLeod Leftwich, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the n1inutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copfec herein in detail. Senter, Jr., City orne QUIT CLAIM DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK. a Home Rule Municipality in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/ 100 ($1.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by LA dUNDA MC LEOD LEFTWICH. of Lubbock County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DIS- CLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said LA dUNDA MC LEOD LEFTWICH, of Lubbock County, Texas, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the County of Lub- bock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: TRACT I BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 16, Country Club Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE South a distance of 25.01 feet to a point; THENCE West a distance of 264.45 feet to the East right- of-way line of Amarillo Road; THENCE Northwesterly a distance of 25. 73 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 18. said Addition; THENCE East a distance of 270.6 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
