RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized
and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Paving
Release on Lot 7, Block 1, Tech Heights Addition to the City of Lubbock,
which is attached hereto which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Counc
and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part
of this Resolution as if fully copi

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
PAVING RELEASE
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock on the 23rd day of May, 1063, by Ordinance
No. 4102, filed of record in Volume 942 page 191 , Deed Records, Lubbock
County, Texas, ordered improvements to the certain streets within the City of
Lubbock; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of Indiana Avenue abutting Lot 7, Block 1, Tech
Heights Addition to the City of Lubbock was ordered improved and the cost thereof
of $524.48 was assessed against the property; and,
WHEREAS, the street improvements to Indiana Avenue were completed
and accepted by the City of Lubbock and the cost of improvements has now been
paid in full by the owner or owners; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock desires to release the paving assessment
lien established by Ordinance No. 4102; NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK-
THAT the City of Lubbock, acting by and through the Mayor, duly authorized
for and in consideration of the full payment of all costs of street improvements
secured by the paving assessment lien, the receipt of which is here acknowledged,
has released and discharged, and by thence presents hereby releases and discharges
the above described property from all liens held by the City of Lubbock securing
the cost of street improvements described in Ordinance No. 4102.
