RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Dee
in favor of Carl D. Teeter, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the
minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall
constitute and be a part of this Resolution as ully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 13th day of Ma , 1971.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS I
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK I
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND
NO/100 ($1. 00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in
hand paid by CARL D. TEETER, of Lubbock County, Texas, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DIS-
CLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said CARL D.
TEETER, of Lubbock County, Texas, all its right, title and interest in and to
that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of
Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot A,
Block 3, Bridwell Sub -division to the City of
Lubbock, Texas;
THENCE South a distance of 7. 5 feet to a point;
THENCE West a distance of 127. 5 feet to a point;
THENCE North a distance of 7.5 feet to the South-
west corner of Lot A, Block 3, said sub -division;
THENCE East along the South line of Lot A, Block
S. said sub -division, a distance of 127.5 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises together with all and singular
the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the
said CARL D. TEETER, his heirs and assigns, nor any persons claiming under
it shall, at any time hereafter, have, claim, or demand any right to title to the
aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
