RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK!'
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Dee
in favor of Harold D. Long, and wife, La Wanda J. Long, attached herewith
which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the
minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if
fullv copied herein in detail.

County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration l6f the sum of

Lubbock County, Texas, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed
by Grantors, do hereby GRANT, SELL and CONVEY and by these presents
have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED unto the said CITY OF LUBBOCK, its
successors and assigns, a permanent and perpetual underground easement
for the purpose of laying, constructing, reconstructing, maintaining an
electrical power transmission line, with the rights of ingress, egress, and
rekress at any and all times. in, on, under, along and across the following
