RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized
and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed
in favor of J. H. Williams and wife, Elizabeth Williams, attached herewith which
shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes
of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied
herein in detail. 101%

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK I
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Rome Rule Municipality of
the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE AND NO/100 DOLLARS (Ii.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to it In hand paid by J. H. VVILLIAMS and wife, ELIZABETH WILMUS, of
Lubbock County, Texas, the receipt of which to hereby acknowledged and con-
fessed, does hereby ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT
CLADA unto the said J. H. WILLIAMS and wife. ELIZABETH VVILLIAMS, of
Lubbock County, Texas, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain
tract of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas,
described as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at a point which is 423.15 feet South
