RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Melonie Park Addition Lots 796-806, made arrange-
ments with Pioneer Pavers, Inc. for the construction of paving improvements on
certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance
prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Melonie Park Addition Lots 796-806
including the following streets:
The North 1/2 of 66th Street from its intersection with a line 15.00 feet East of
the East Property Line of 66th Drive (South Leg) to its intersection with a line
15.00 feet West of the West Property Line of Indiana Avenue, known and designated as
New Subdivision Unit Number 1785.
65th Drive from its intersection with a line 16.00 feet North of the North Property
Line of 66th Street to its intersection with a line 10.00 feet East of the West
Property Line of Indiana Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit
Number 1786.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the abovemen-
tioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said
improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been
constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the
provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorize
to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to release escrow money.

AS LISTED BELOW:

and 719-763 made arrangements with Pioneer Pavers. Inc. for the construction of
paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the
provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of
Melonie Park Addition including the following streets:
Thb south k of 66th Street from its intersection with a line 13.00 feet east of
the east property line of Peoria Avenue to its intersection with a line 119.96
feet east of the east property line of 63rd Drive known and designated as New
Subdivision Unit Number 1789.
Oxford Avenue from its intersection with a line 14.00 feet north of the south
property line of 66th Street to its intersection with a line 12.00 feet south of
the north property line of 68th Street known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 1790.
62nd Drive from its intersection with a line 14.00 feet north of the south
property line of E6th Street to its intersection with a line 12.00 feet south of
the north property line of 68tb Street known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 1791.
63rd Drive from its intersection with a line 12,00 feet south of the north
property line of 68th Street to its intersection with a line 14.00 feet north
of the south property line of 66th Street known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 1792.
68th Street from its intersection with a line 12.00 feet west of the east property
line of Peoria Avenue to its intersection with a line 15.00 feet northwest of the
northwest property line of 69th Drive known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 1793.
69th Street from its intersection with a line 12.00 feet west of the east property
line of Peoria Avenue to its intersection with a line 80.00 feet southwest of the
southwest property line of 68th Drive known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 1794.
70th Street from its intersection with a line 14.00 feet west of the east property
line of Peoria Avenue to its intersection with a line 12.00 feet east of the
west property line of Norfolk Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 1795.
Oxford Avenue from its intersection with a line 12.00 feet north of the south
property line of 70th Street to its intersection with the cul-de-sac south of
70th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1796.
Orlando Avenue from its intersection with a line 12.00 feet north of the south
property line of 70th Street to its intersection with the cul-de-sac south of
70th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1797.
Norfolk Avenue from its intersection with a line 17.00 feet south of the north
property line of Loop 289 to its intersection with a line e0.00 feet south of the
south property line of 68th Drive known and designated as New Subdivision Unit
Number 1798.
Alley Returns on Loop 289 and Peoria Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 1799.
AND WMEAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above -
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineers
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to
have been constructed in accordance with City sperifications and in accordance
with the: provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CM OF LUBBOCK. TEXA.4.

That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and be is hereby
authorised to direct the payment of the City's portion of the coot and to release
escrow money.

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by Pioneer
Pavers, Inc., paving contractor, under their contract with the subdividers
of Melonie Park Addition Lots 796-806 and find the improvements on the
North 1/2 of 66th Street from 66th Drive to Indiana Avenue and 65th Drive
from 66th Street to Indiana Avenue as listed on the final estimate sheet
to have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and
recommend that you accept the improvements on said streets, authorizing
payment to the contractor the amount shown on the attached consolidated
final estimate sheet as due them by the City of Lubbock.
