THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby directed and
uthorzed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed
n fa or of Clark Equipment Company, a Michigan corporation, attached here-
ith;which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon
he minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if

QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTSi-
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality of the
County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1. 00) and other good and valuable consl-
deration to it in hand paid by CLARK EQUIPMENT COMPANY, a Michigan
Corporation, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
by these presents BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT
CLAIM unto the said CLARK EQUIPMENT COMPANY of Michigan, all
its right, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock and State of Texas,
described as follows, totwit:
BEGINNING at a point in the northeast line of
Lot 2, replat of Block 6-A, Riverlawn Addition
to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas;
said point being south 71*27030" west a distance
of 120.08 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 1,
said Block 6-A;
THENCE south 481 west a distance of 165. 37 feet
to the beginning of a curve to the left; said curve
having a radius of IIS. 01 feet, and a delta angle
of 24 ° 35'81";
THENCE along said curve to the left a distance of
49. $5 feet to a point of reverse curvature to the
right; said curve having a radius of 60. 0 feet, and

THENCE along said curve to the right a distance of

SAVE AND EXCEPT an Alley Dedication, marked as
Exhibit "A", a Utility Easement marked as Exhibit "B",
and Drainage Easement marked as Exhibit "C". which
are attached and incorporated hereto and further
identified by a re -plat of said Lots 1 and 2, Block 6-A,
all in the Riverlawn Addition to the City of Lubbock,
Lubbock County, Texas, which is attached and incor-
porated hereto as though fully set out in this instrument.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises together with all and
singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner
belonging unto the said CLARK EQUIPMENT COMPANY. its successors
and assigns, nor any person or persons claiming under it shall, at any
time hereafter, have, claim or demand any right to;title to.the aforesaid
premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof.
