White - Saosh-White Industrial Addition - 05_08_1969RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quitclaim Deed in favor of George Soash and J. B. White, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. B. WHITE, of the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said George Soash and J. B. White, of the County of Lubbock, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, described as follows, to-wtt: BEING the South 10 feet of Lots 6, 7 and the East 182.45 feet of Lot 8 and the North 10 feet of Lots 13, 14 and the East 200 feet of Lot 12, all in the Soash-White Industrial Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, being the same laud described in an underground utility easement of record in Volume 707, Page 185, Lubbock County Deed Records; Save and Except any part of said easement that is also included in the utility or guy wire easements granted by a re -plat entitled "A re -plat of Lots 6, 7. part of Lot 8, part of Lot 12 and all of Lots 18 and 14, Soash-White Industrial Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas. " TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GEORGE SOASH and J. B. WHITE, their heirs and assigns, nor any person or persons claiming under it shall, at any time hereafter, have, claim or demand any right to title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof.
