Diekemper, Jr. - Country Club Addition - 05_08_1969R.F.GOT,TITTON BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed in favor of Ray J. Diekemper, Jr., attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. Senter, Jr., City A rney QUIT CLAIM DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS { KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK I THAT the City of Lubbock, a home Rule Municipality of the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/100 ($1.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by RAY J. DIEKEMPER, JR., of the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said Ray J. Diekemper, Jr., of the County of Lubbock, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: BEGINNING at a point in the South line of 'Lot 11, Block 20, Country Club Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, said point being 10 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 11; THENCE East along the South lines of Lots 11, 10, 9, 8, 7 and 6 of said Block 20 a distance of 237.67 feet to a point in the Northwest right of way line of Avenue Q North Drive; THENCE Southwesterly along said right of way line a distance of 17.88 feet to a point in the North line of Lot 19 of said Block 20, said point being 18.89 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 19; THENCE West along the North lines of Lots 19, 18, 17, 16, 15 and 14 of said Block 20 a distance of 226.89 feet to a point which is 10 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 14; THENCE North 18 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TO. HAVE AND' TO HOLD the said premises together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said Ray J. Diekemper, Jr., his heirs and, assigns, nor any person or persons claiming under it shall, at any time hereafter, have, claim or demand any K&t. to title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof.
