HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 121968B - Airport Authorized To Execute Amendment With Parkhill, Smith & Cooper Inc - 12_19_1968RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City Council, on June 27, 1968, authorized the Lubbock Muni- cipal Airport Board to act for the City of Lubbock and enter into a contract with Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc., Consulting Engineers, for engineering services for airport construction at Lubbock Municipal Airport; and WHEREAS, the City Council, after receiving the recommendation of the Lubbock Municipal Airport Board, desires to amend this contract to include engi- neering services on the proposed general aviation apron at the Lubbock Municipal Airport; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Lubbock Municipal Airport Board, acting by and through the Director of Aviation, BE and is hereby authorized to enter into and execute a con- tract amendment between the City of Lubbock and Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc., Consulting Engineers, a copy of which is attached hereto which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
