R MA . .r QUIT CLAIM DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK THAT the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipality of the County of Lubbock, the State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND N0/100 ($1. 00) DOLLAR, and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by THOMAS EDWARD BLACKSTOCK and wife SYLVIA KAY BLACKSTOCK, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE and forever QUIT CLAIM unto the said THOMAS EDWARD BLACKSTOCK and wife, SYLVIA KAY BLACKSTOCK, their heirs, successors and assigns, all its rights, title and interest to that certain tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Lubbock in the State of Texas, described- as follows, to -wit; BEGINNING at a .point which is 58. 44' north of the southwest corner of Lot 112, Southgate Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE north a distance of 107. 56f to a point, said point being the point of curvature of a curve to the right; THENCE along and with the curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 151, an arc length of 23. 561, a chord length of 21. 21' bearing north 45 001 east, and a central angle of 900, to a point; THENCE east a distance of 10. 17' to a point, said point being the point of curvature of a curve to the right; THENCE along and with the curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 541, an arc length of 32. 361, a chord length of 31.87' bearing south 720 50. 10' east, and a central angle of 340 19. 79' to a point on the north boundary line of Lot 112; THENCE to the northwest along and with the north boundary line of Lot 112 which is a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 2561, an are length of 1. 831, a chord length of 1.831 bearing north 550 27.77' west, and a central angle of 00 24. 591, to a point which is the point of tangency of this curve and the point of curvature of a curve to the left; THENCE along and with the curve to the left, said curve having a radius of. 15', an arc length of 23. 911, a chord length of 21. 46' bearing south 790 04. 621 west, and a central angle of 910 19. 821 to a point, said point being the point of tangency of this curve and the point of curvature of a curve to the left; THENCE along and with the curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 2001, an arc length of 116. 63t, a chord length of 114. 98' bearing south 160 42. 36' west, and a central angle of 330 24. 71' to the point of beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said premises, together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said Thomas Edward Blackstock and wife Sylvia Kay Blackstock, their heirs, successors and assigns forever, so that the said City of Lubbock, nor its successors and assigns, nor any person or persons claiming under it shall, at anytime here- after have, claim it demand any right of title to the aforesaid premises or appurte- nances, or any part thereof.
