HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 5530 - Proposal - USDHUD - Salvation Army-Homeless Prevention, ESG Program - 06_26_1997Resolution No. 5530 Item #35 June 26, 1997 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock to sign and submit the Salvation Army - Homeless Prevention proposal, and all related documents to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Said proposal is attached hereto, and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. Passed by the City Council this 26th day of June 1997.
