Said Letter of Award is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. A Purchase Order will be issued by the City of Lubbock and covers the category of items shown below, and no other, during the period beginning January 23, 2003 and ending January 22, 2004 . The City of Lubbock shall not be responsible for payment of any invoices except those orders placed pursuant to this agreement. 2 .
