Warren and Howard L. Warren, attached hereto and which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. Passed by the City Council this 12th day of June , 1997. WARREN and HOWARD L. WARREN, hereinafter called "GRANTEES," the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE and FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the said GRANTEES, all of GRANTOR'S rights, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: The East 20 feet of Lot 2 and that portion of Lot 1, Block 15, Myrtle Slaton Addition Number 2, an addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, lying West of the proposed West right of way line of Indiana Avenue and further described as follows: BEGINNING at a cross on concrete set at the Northwest corner of said East 20 feet for the Northwest corner of this tract; THENCE N. 89059' 10" E., along the North line of said Lots 1 and 2, a distance of 26.82 feet to a cross on concrete set in said right of way line for the Northeast comer of this tract; THENCE S. 0°00' 17" E., along said right of way line, a distance of 13 0. 00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set in the South line of said Lots 1 and 2 for the Southeast comer of this tract; THENCE S. 89059'10" W., along said South line, a distance of 26.83 feet to a 1/2' iron rod set at the Southwest comer of said East 20 feet for the Southwest comer of this tract; THENCE N. 0°00'00" E., along the West line of said East 20 feet, a distance of 130.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GRANTEES, their heirs and assigns forever, so that neither the GRANTOR, its successors or assigns, nor any persons claiming under GRANTOR shall at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
