A Purchase Order will be issued by the City of Lubbock and covers the category of items shown below, and no other, during the period beginning January 9, 2003 and ending January 8, 2004. The City of Lubbock reserves the right to terminate this agreement with a thirty (30) day written notice in the event Sweetwater Technologies fails to perform in accordance with their proposal dated May 10 2002.
