RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock deems it necessary and proper to apply for a permit to
construct and operate a municipal solid waste landfill transfer station in accordance with Texas
Natural Resource Conservation Commission, TAX 30, Chapter 330; NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock as the Signatory Agent of the Applicant, or the
successor of said Agent, is hereby authorized and directed to make application for the registration
of said transfer station and to sign the application as well as any other documents required to
complete the project on behalf of the above named applicant.

APPLICANT'S STATEMENT
The attached Site Development Plan for the City of Lubbock Municipal Solid Waste Transfer
Station represents the commitment of the City of Lubbock to the pertinent requirements of the
Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission's Municipal Solid Waste Regulations, TAX
30, Chapter 330. The City of Lubbock agrees to develop and operate the site in accordance with
the plan, the regulations, and any special permit provisions that may be imposed.
