Contract for Auditorium -Coliseum Dressing Room Renova-
tion (Resolution No. 2631)
DATE: September 11, 1987
Resolution No. 2631, authorizing the Mayor to sign a contract with
Pharr and Company for renovation of dressing rooms at the
Auditorium -Coliseum, was approved by the City Council on August
27, 1987.
As per instructions from the Director of Building Services, we ob-
tained the signature of the contractor, collected and assembled
into the contract documents the certificates of insurance, perfor-
mance and payment bonds, power of attorney, etc. The contract
documents were then reviewed and approved by the Legal Department
and the Director of Building Services. We wanted to take care of
all of these items prior to submittal for the Mayor's signature.
After the Mayor signs these contracts, the contract documents
package will be fully executed.
