Note: A preleminary inspection of the roof area revealed incomplete and faulty work as follows: 1. Incomplete caulking 2. Incomplete and improper window installations. 3. Faulty areas relative to roof flashing. The above conditions were noted after inspecting approxi— mately 25 — 30% of the project's roof. Due to the number of items observed, the contractors representative was instruc— ted to remedy these conditions over the entire roof, after which the Final Inspection will continue. 11 LUBBOCK AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING ADDITION ELECTRICAL PUNCHLIST ITEMS Room 204 - 1. Light fixture lens is broken. 2. Lamps should be same color. Room 205 - Lamps should be same color. Roof - 1. One Lighting Protection air terminal is missing. Some rods are not securely attached. 2. Some bends of roof cable on the lighting system are too sharp. The minimum bending radius is eight (8) inches. Ticketing 133 - The noala microphone is not installed. Baggage Claim 105 - 1. Several fluorescent fixtures located above the baggage handlers are partially covered. These fixtures should be relocated to clear the equipment. 2. One HPS fixture near the southeast corner needs cleaning on interior. Electrical Room 106 - 1. The circuit directory inside Panel "LM-7" has the incorrect panel name. 2. Clean all unused electrical materials and trash from room. 3. Panel "ELM-3" needs a typewritten circuit directory. 4. Seal around all conduit floor and wall penetrations. 5. The heat detector needs relocating so as not to interfere with the light fixture. 6. The housing on one contactor needs a conduit knockout filler. 7. The ground connection for the dry -type transformer is not made. Make the connection and install a bonding jumper from the conduit to the ground electrode. Office 107 - Light fixture louvers need cleaning. Boarding Lounge 101 and Circulation 102 - 1. Several HPS fixtures need cleaning on the interior. 2. One fire alarm horn does not cover the wall opening. 3. One of the column - mounted receptacles needs a box extension and several of the receptacle plates do not adequately cover the wall opening. Circulation 127 - 1. Clock is not installed. 2. Light fixtures in adjacent restrooms need cleaning. Electrical Room 135 - 1. Panel "LM-8" needs nameplate. 2. One contactor housing needs a conduit knockout filler. 3. Panel "RM-6" needs typewritten circuit directory. 4. Patch all unused openings in floor. 5. Seal around all conduit penetrations. Toilets 139 & 140 - Clean light fixture lenses. Baggage Claim 137 - 1. Several fluorescent fixtures located above the baggage handlers are partially covered by the baggage handling equipment. These should be relocated to clear the equipment. 2. One of the telephone outlets should receive a blank coverplate if a phone is not installed at the location. 3. One HPS fixture.is not operating. 4. Several HPS fixtures need cleaning on the interior. Circulation 130 - Replace the northeast fluorescent fixture with a new fixture. Ticketing 129 - The lamps in parabolic fixtures should all be same color (warm white). Security 117 - 1. In fire alarm panel, each zone should be labeled on the face to identify each zone by building area description. 2. The control panel indicates a "trouble" condition. Locate and correct. 3. The engine/generator annunciator panel is not giving the proper status indications. 4. The red lamp annunciator above the fire alarm panel needs a label. Chiller Room - 1. One of the Honeywell boxes needs a cover. 2. Motor Control Center "MA-7" needs a partial front cover. Baggage Handling 015 - At the east conveyor, strap the conduit at the floor better. Mechanical 016 - 1. Additional conduit supports are needed at the air handling units. 2. At the transformer ground connection, bond the conduit to the grounding electrode. 3. The telephone outlet on exterior to Storage 017 has a plate which does not adequately cover the wall opening. Cooling Tower - 1. Label all disconnects. 2. The disconnect housing for the exhaust fan needs a conduit knockout filler. Mechanical 008 - Clean trash and unused materials from interior of automatic transfer switch. Mechanical 003 - 1. Panel "ELM-5" needs nameplate. 2. The receptacle on the east wall is broken. 3. Conduits at AHU #3 need additional supports. General Items - 1. Where circuits have been changed or added to existing panels, update the circuit directories to indicate the proper loads. 2. Several of the fluorescent lamps appear to have a phospher deterioration inside the lamps. Provide handle on Air Unit No. 4 fan section door. Provide vapor seal at all air handling unit connections, Air Unit No. 4 has a break in the seal at the bottom of the chilled water inlet connection. Vapor seal all insulation. Flow measuring meters are not operating. 36. Exterior on the east end: The underground fire hydrant has not been installed. 37. General Notes: All supply air ductwork shall be sealed, clean all equipment, apply glass cloth jacket on all exposed pipe insulation, finish raw edges of all insulation, insulate and vapor seal all chilled water stub -out, submit "As Built" drawings, submit manufacturer's guarantees, submit operating manuals, submit Test and Balance Report, complete marking of pipe, tag all valves, instruct Owner's personnel in operations of systems including temperature controls and water treatment. Remove trash from behind all floor grilles. Balance hot water circulating lines to all toilets, clean all floor grilles. Provide finished ends to all piped insulation. Provide shields at all pipe hangers with insulation. Clean all grease from pipe and floor at mechanical joint couplings. Install a full size vent on AHU side of drain pan p-traps to allow drainage. 38. Odor Control Filters: Filters were not accessible during walk-thru. Contractor to provide access to each for inspection.
