IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized
d directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock an UNDER-
iOUND UTILITY EASEMENT, attached herewith which shall be spread upon
minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shal
nstitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail,
sed by the Council this 28th c

THAT the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipal Corporation organ-
ized and existing under the laws of Oki State of Texas and duly authorized by
the. State of Texas, acting herein by and through itq Mayor heretofore. duly
authorized, for and in consideration of the €;um of ONE AND NO/100 ($1.00)
DOLLARS to it in hand paid by the City of Lubbock and other good and val-
uable consideration, th-- receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, hes GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these prezents does
GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto Uke City of Lubbock for the benefit and
use of the public, tW-- City of Lubbxk, and all public utilltieE which aria fran-
chised or may to franchised by the. City of Lubbock to use the streets and
alleys; of the City of Lubbock, as perpetual and permanent = undergrpund utility

construct, repair, end perpetually maintain any and all types of utilities
beneath the ground, including wataerlires, sewer lintel; gan ltnen, telephone
aced telegraph lines, electric transmission lirv3s, and any other type of public
