THAT, the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Muntcipality of the County of Lubbock and the State of Texas, for and in consideration: of the sum of ONE AND N0/100 ($1.00) DOLLARS, and other good' and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by Skybolt, Inc.. a Corp- oration of the State of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknow- ledged, does, by these presents, BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE and XQFEVEfV,QUIT_'LAIM unto the said Skybolt, Inc, a corporation of the State of Texas, its successors and assigns, all its right, title and interest in and to this certain tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Lubbock and the State of Texas, described as follows, to-w�t: :t BEGINNING at a point in the South right of way line of the new alignment of East 4th Street said point being 30.0 feet West and 60.86 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Block O, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE South 99.14 feet to a point in the North line of a 16.0 foot alley; THENCE East 9. 65 feet to a point; THENCE Northeasterly along a curve to the right the center of said curve being South 74034112" East 264.90 feet from the beginning of this call, an arc distance of M 36 feet to ii,point of reverse -carve; THENCE Northeasterly along a curve to the left the center of said curve being North 600001 <: West 15.0 feet from the beginning of this call, an arc distance of 23. 56 feet to the end of said curve; THENCE North 60000' West 11.82 feet to a point; THENCE Northwesterly along a curve to the left, the center of said curve being 30000' West 460.0 feet from the beginning of this call, an arc distance of 22. 51 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SAVE AND EXCEPT, however, any and all easements dedicated and retained.
