THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quitclaim Deed
to Clark Equipment Company, a Michigan Corporation, attached herewith which
shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes
of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied
herein in detail.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipality of the County
of Lubbock and they State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE AND N011:00 ($1. 00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration
to it in hand paid by the Clark Equipment Company, a Alichigan corporation,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents,
BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE AND FOREVER Q IT CLAIM unto the said
Clark Equipment Company, a Michigan corporation, its successors and
assigns, all of the City of Lubbock's right, title and interest in and to
those certain tracts or parcels of land described as follows:
TRACT I
A tract of land 565. 86' long and 25' wide, situated on the
East side of Lot 3,of Hancock Addition to the City of Lubbock,
Lubbock County, Texas, said property being a vacated and
abandoned portion of North Avenue B as shown on the Replat
of Lot 1-A, Hancock Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock
County, Terms;
TRACT II
A tract of land 500 wide extending North from Lehigh Street
to Loop 289, the same being the vacated and abandoned portion
of North Avenue B as shown on the Replat of Block 6-A, River -
lawn Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock- County, Texas;
TRACT III
A tract of land 20 fe of wide extending North from Lehigh Street
to Loop 289, the same being the vacated and abandoned north -
south alley as shown on the Replat of Block 6-A, Riverlawn
Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas;
TRACT IV
A tract of land 20' wide and 225' long extending southeast from
the north -south alley described in Tract III to North Avenue A,
:i.:the Amme being the: vacated and abandoned .;alley as
shown on the Replat of Block 6-A, Riverlawn Addition to the
City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas;
TRACT V
A tract of land 50' wide extending East from North Avenue B
to North Avenue A, the same being the vacated and abandoned
portion of Niagara Street an shown on the Replat of Block 6-A,
Riverlawn Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County
Texas,
TRACT VI
A tract of land 501 wide extending North from Lehigh Street
to the intersection with Niagara Street, the same being the
vacated and abandoned portion of North Avenue A as shown
on the Replat of Stock 6-A, _Riverlawn Addition to the City
of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all
and singular the rights, . privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner
belon&ing unto the said Clark Equipment Company, a Michigan corporation,
its successors and assins, forever; so that rleitrier the said City of Lubbock
nor its successors and gs, nor any person or persons claiming under
it shall. at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right or title to
the aforesaid premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof.
