Hall - Bobolet Heights Subdivision - 12_08_19669.1vu r $ RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK_- THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. Senter, J�f.,/City Attorney QUIT CLADA DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK i THAT, the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipality of the County of Lubbock and the State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND N0/100 ($1, 00) DOLLARS, and other good and valuable con- sidoration to it in hand paid by Sack R. Hall and wife, R, Shelley Hall, of the County, of Lubbock and State of Texas, the receipt of which is here- by acknowledged, does, by these presents, BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE, and FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said Jack R. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE raid premises, together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said Jack R. Hall and wife, R.
