Vaughn - Jarrott Subdivision - 10_13_1966 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed to John L. Vaughn and wife, Helen P. Vaughn, attached here- with which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Re- solution as if fully copied herein in detail. Vaughn and wif3, Helen P. Vaughn, of the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, the recekA of which is hereby ackesowleciged, does, by these presents, BARGAM, SELL, RELEASE and 1r3REVER (MIT CLAIM onto the said John. L. Vaughn and wife, Helen P. Vaughn, their hairs and assigns, all its right, title anci interest in and to this certain tract or parcol of land lying in the County of Lubbock and the State of Texas, describers as follows, to-wit. Jarrott Subdivision of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Block B, an additions, to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, as said easement appoars on the plat of said. Lot 1, said easement beLaj more fully described as follows; BEGINNING at a point 270.0 feet mouth of the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, John W. Jarrott Lubdtviston; THENCE East 249.25 feet to a paint in the West line of a drain- age channel easement; TIiENCE fouth, 20.0 feet to a point; THENCE Rest 24f4.25 foot to a point; THENCE Borth 20.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.' TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and singular the rightc, privilegar and appurtenances the#eto in any manner belong unto the said Johan L. Vaughn and wife, Helen P.
