Moore, Martha Moore and Treva Ray Weaver, attached herewith, which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. ALAW HENRY,'MAYOR Resolution #2177 SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS § COUNTY OF LUBBOCK § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, acting through its Mayor hereunto duly authorized, herein called "GRANTOR", for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS, and other good and valuable consideration to GRANTOR in hand paid by LESTER 0. MOORE and wife, MARTHA MOORE, and TREVA RAY WEAVER, herein called "GRANTEES," in cash, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, and for the payment of which no right or lien, express or implied, is retained: Has GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto the said GRANTEES all that certain tract and parcel of land lying and being situated in Lubbock County, Texas, as follows: BEGINNING at a point which bears S. 00006'52" E., 4073.46 feet from the northeast corner of Section 5, Block J-S, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE S. 00006'52" E., along the east line of Section 5, a distance of 148.71 feet; THENCE S. 8905B'58" W. a distance of 53.12 feet; THENCE N. 19°33'17" E. a distance of 157.83 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging to the said GRANTEES, their heirs and assigns forever, and the said GRANTOR does hereby bind itself, its successors and assigns to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the said premises unto the said GRANTEES, their heirs and assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof by, through and under GRANTOR.
