B. Maxey Park in Lubbock County, Texas, more particularly described as follows: TRACT 1. A 20 foot wide storm sewer easement, the center line of which begins at a point in the South property line of 24th Street and at the center line of Oxford. Thence South 700 feet. TRACT 2. A 20 foot wide drainage easement, the center line of which begins at a point 14 feet South and 74.61 feet West of the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 3, Vicker Resub. Thence South 389 431 58" West $60.22 feet. TRACT 3. A 20 toot wide drainage easement, the center line of which begins on the West property line of Nashville Avenue and in the center line of 27th Street. Thence North 450"west 50 feet; Thence West 600 feet. TRACT 4. A 20 foot wide drainage easement, the center line of which begins on the West property line of Nashville Avenue and in the center line of 28th Street. Thence North 700 West 800 feet. TRACT 5. A 20 foot wide drainage easement, the center line of which begins on the Rest property line of Nashville Avenue and in the center line of 28th Street;'Thence North 060 Kest 260 feet. TRACT 6. A 30 toot wide drainage easement, the center line of which begins at the Northwest corner of the intersection of Nashville Avenue and 30th Street; Thence North $40 West 400 feet; Thence West 800 feet, at a bearing North 45e West. TRACT 7. A 30 foot wide drainage easement, the center line of which begins in the North property line of 28th Street at the center line of Peoria Avenue; Thence North 300 East 500 feet. TRACT 6. A 30 foot wide drainage easement, the center line of which begins i i in the East property line of Quaker Avenue 50 feet North of the North property line of 28th Street; Thence North 450 East 800 feet. TRACT 9, A 20 foot wide drainage easement, the center line of which begins in the East property line of Quaker Avenue in the center line of 26th Street; Thence East 550 feet. TRACT 10. A 20 foot wide drainage easement, the center line of which begins in the East property line of Quaker Avenue 250 feet South of the South property line of 24th Street; Thence South 700 East 550 feet. TRACT 11, A 20 foot wide drainage easement, the center line of which begins at a point South 15o East 60 feet from the intersection of the center line of Peoria Avenue and the North property line of 24th Street; Thence South 150 East 300 feet. TRACT f,12. A utility easement in now abandoned 24th Street as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South line of 24th Street, said point being 218.49 feet East of the original Northwest corner of Tract 19, John W. Jarrott's Subdivision of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Block B. Lubbock County, Texas, said point being the beginning of a curve, said point being 414.0 feet South from the center of said curve; THENCE Northeasterly along said curve to the left, a distance of 205.50 feet to a point; THENCE East a distance of 762.91 feet to a point on a curve which is South 280 27' West 414.0 feet from the center of said curve, THENCE Southeasterly along said curve to the left a distance of 205.50 feet to the end of said curve; THENCE West a distance of 1156.77 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
