THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and dirented;;to execute)for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Street and Alley Dedication Deed on the tracts of land on Quaker Avenue, 30th Street and Nashvill Avenue, 26th Street, the cul-de-sac on 25th Street, the alley north of 25th street and the alley south of 25th Street as more particularly described in said, attache herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread up the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully bopied herein in detail.
