RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF A STREET AS LISTED
BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Crawford Industrial Add. Inst. 3 Lot 3, Block 7,
made arrangements with Pioneer Pavers, Inc. for the construction of paving improve-
ments on certain street dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said
Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Crawford Industrial
Addition Inst. 3 Lot 3, Block 7, including the following street:
64th Street from its intersection with a line 13.50 feet East of the East Property
Line of Elm Avenue to its intersection with a line 231.00 feet East of the East
Property Line of Elm Avenue, known and designated as Unit NS 1633.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said
improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been
constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the
provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned street be
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 11TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1965.

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by Pioneer
Pavers, Inc., paving contractor, under their contract with the subdividers
of Crawford Industrial Add. Inst. 3, Lot 3, Block 7, and find the improve-
ments on 64th Street from Elm Avenue to 231 feet East as listed on the
final estimate sheet to have been completed in accordance with the plans
and specifications and recommend that you accept the improvements on said
streets and/or avenues, authorizing payment to the contractor the amount
shown on the attached consolidated final estimate sheet as due them by
the City of Lubbock.
