Sinclair - NE 1_4 Of Section 9 Block E2 - 08_26_1965 C FOSzbw 0 _ RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK- THAT the Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Warranty Deed to D. E. Sinclair and wife, Yvonne A. Sinclair, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. Senter, Jr., C' y torney WARRANTY DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS 0 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK a THAT the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipal Corporation, of the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, acting by and through its Mayor Pro-tem, heretofore duly authorised for and in consideration of the sum of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTEEN and no/100($1,415. 00)DOLLARS cash to it in hand paid by D. E. Sinclair and wife Yvonne A. Sinclair, of Lubbock County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto D. E. Sinclair and wife, Yvonne A.
