RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW:

WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Crestview Addition, Lots 1-128, made arrangements
with Pioneer Pavers, Inc. for the construction of paving improvements on certain
streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior
to the recording of the subdivision plat of Crestview Addition, Lots 1-128
including the following streets:
59th Street from its intersection with a line 16.00 feet West of the West Property
Line of Quaker Avenue to its intersection with the North End of radius on Richmond
Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1509.
Richmond Avenue from its intersection with a line 30.00 feet North of the North
Property Line of 59th Street to its intersection with a line 3.00 feet North of
the alley North of 59th Street, known and designated as a part of New Subdivision
Unit Number 1510.
60th Street from its intersection with the East end of the cul-de-sac East of
Raleigh Avenue to its intersection with the West Property Line of Lot 72, Crestview
Addition, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1511.
61st Street from its intersection with a line 16.00 feet West of the West Property
Line of Quaker Avenue to its intersection with the West Lot Line of Lot 109,
Crestview Addition, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1512.
North one-half of 62nd Street from its intersection with a line 16.00 feet West of
the West Property Line of Quaker Avenue to its intersection with the West Lot Line
of Lot 110, Crestview Addition (concrete only), known and designated as a part of
New Subdivision Unit Number 1513.
Raleigh Drive from its intersection with a line 25.98 feet South of the South
Property Line of 60th Street (East Leg) to its intersection with a line 8.66 feet
North of the North Property Line of 61st Street (East Leg) and from its intersection
with a line 25.98 feet South of the South Property Line of 61st Street (East Leg)
to its intersection with a line 8.66 feet North of the North Property Line of 62nd
Street (East Leg) , known and designated as a part of New Subdivision Unit Number
1514.
Raleigh Avenue from its intersection with a line 15.00 feet South of the South
Property Line of 59th Street to its intersection with a line 15.00 feet North of
the North Property Line of 60th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 1515.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the
provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
�"` THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City' s portion of the cost and to release
escrow money.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 12TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1965.

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by Pioneer
Pavers, Inc. , paving contractor, under their contract with the subdividers of
Crestview Addition, Lots 1-128, and find the improvements on 59th Street from
Quaker Avenue to Richmond Avenue, 60th Street from the cul-de-sac to West Line
of Lot 723, 61st Street from Quaker Avenue to West Line of Lot 109, 62nd Street
from Quaker Avenue to West Line of Lot 110, Richmond Avenue, 58th to 59th Street,
Raleigh Dr. from 60th St. to 62nd and Raleigh Avenue from 59th Street to 60th
Street as listed on the final estimate sheet to have been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications and recommend that you accept the improvements
on said streets and/or avenues, authorizing payment to the contractor the amount
shown on the attached consolidated final estimate sheet as due them by the City
of Lubbock.
