RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quitclaim Deed to
Burlington Young covering a portion of Teak Avenue attached herewith which
shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes
of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied
herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 8th day of July 1965.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK t
THAT the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipal Corporation, of
the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, acting by and through its duly
authorized officer, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND N0/100
01.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand
,paid by Burlington Young does hereby BARGAIN. SELL, RELEASE and
]FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the said Burlington Young, his successors
aid assigns, all of the City of Lubbock's right, title and interest in and
t6 that portion of Teak Avenue described as follows:
BEGINNING at the 6riginal Northeast corner of Lot 15,
Block 16 of the Second Installment of the Sieber Addi-
tion to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE East a distance of 25.0 feet to a points
THENCE South a distance of 120.0 feet to a points
THENCE West a distance of 25.0 feet to a point;
THENCE North a distance of 120.0 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and
singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner
belonging unto the said Burlington Young, his successors and assigns
forever, so that neither the grantor nor its successors or assigns, nor
any person or persons claiming under the grantor shall at any time here-
after have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises
;or appurtenances, or any part thereof.
