RESOLUTION
E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
1 THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
irected to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed on.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS I
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK
THAT the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipality of the County of
Lubbock and the State of Texas joined herein by the Southeast Lubbock Develop-
ment Corporation, a corporation of the County of Lubbock and the State of
Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND N0/100 ($1.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid
by the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Lubbock, a corporation, of
the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents, BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE and
FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said Urban Renewal Agency of the City of
Lubbock, a corporation, its successors and assigns, all their right title
and interest in and to these certain tracts or parcels of land lying in the
County of Lubbock end the State of Texas. described as follows, to-wit:
TRACT 1
Part of Weber Avenue described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 9, Block 11, Sieber
Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, said
point being the intersection of the Northeast line of Weber
Avenue and the South line of East 25th Street;
THENCE South 390 461 East along the Northeast line of Weber
Avenue to its intersection with the South line of the East-
West alley between East 28th and East 27th Street;
THENCE North 890 551 West a distance of 101.6 feet along
said South line of said East-West alley to its intersection with
the Southwest line of Weber Avenue;
THENCE North 390 461 West along said Southwest line of
Weber Avenue a distance of 609.84 feet;
THENCE North 50 141 East a distance of 24.9 feet;
THENCE North 500 14 East a distance of 12.39 feet;
THENCE North $90 40 West a distanc@ of 384.38 feet;
THENCE North 390 561 15" West a distance of 39.06 feet;
THENCE North 390 461 West a distance of 183. 36 feet;
THENCE East to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TRACT II
THAT portion of Weber Avenue described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 16, Block 10,
Sieber Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County,
Texas; said point being the intersection of the Northeast
line of Weber Avenue and the South line of east 24th Street;
THENCE South 390 46f East along said Northeast line of
Weber Avenue to its intersection with the North line of East
25th Street;
THENCE West along an extension of said North line of East
25th Street to its intersection with the Southwest line of
Weber Avenue;
THENCE North 390 46t West along said Southwest line of
Weber Avenue to its intersection with an extension of the
South line of East 24th Street from east of Weber Avenue;
THENCE East along said extension of said South line of
East 24th Street to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and
singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner
belonging unto the said Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Lubbock, a
corporation of the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, its successors and
assigns, forever so that neither the said City of Lubbock and Southeast
Lubbock Development Corporation, nor their successors and assigns, nor
any person or persons claiming under them shall, at any time hereafter
have, claim or demand any right to title to the aforesaid premises or
appurtenances, or any part thereof.
