E RESOLVED BY THE CITYCOUNCIL OF O�. B IT C THE CITY F LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
II directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quitclaim Deed
between the City of Lubbock and the Texas Highway Department attached here-
with which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon
lt� ",z' the minutes of this Council. shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That City of Lubbock
of the County of State of Texas, hereinafter referred
to as Grantors, he her one or more, for and in consideration of the sum of .

consideration to Grantors in hand paid by the State of Texas, acting by and
through the State Highway Commission, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and for which no lien is retained, either expressed or implied, have quitclaimed,
and do by these presents bargain, sell, release and forever quitclaim unto the
State of Texas all of Grantors' right, title, interest, claim and demand in and
to that certain tract or parcel of land, situated in the County of Lubbock
State of Texas, and being more particularly described as follows,
to wit:
Several parcels of land conveyed to the State of `..'exas out of Lubbock County, Texas,
the conveyances for which are recorded in the Dee(! Records of Lubbock County, Texas;
said parcels being listed as follmrs:
1. 40A/4-.2.$9 R�®atom.
(1) Parcel 4 A 13.590 acres of land out of Section 37, Block AK, G.C. & S.F. Ry. Co.
Survey conveyed by Judgment from Terminal Building Corporation, et al, and
recorded in -Volume 8560 Page 591-
(2) Parcel 4-A - 1.825 acres of land in the East �- of Section 372 Block AK, G.C. & S.F.
Ry. Co. Survey conveyed by Deed from Terminal Building Corporation, et al, and
recorded in Volume 908, Page 539-
(3)* Parcel 4-B - 4.895 acres of land in the East I of Section 372 Block AK, G.C. & S.F.
Ry. Co. Survey conveyed by Deed from Terminal Building Corporation, et al, and
recorded in Volume 908, Page 539-
(4) Parcel 5 - 1.491 acres of land out of Sectio.i 6, Block E-2, conveyed by Deed
from Cyrus A. Horn, et ux, and recorded in Volume 695, Page 505.
