Stringer - Bender Terrace Addition - 03_11_1965 MYT:bw RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of Ws Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. G. Stringer and wife, Myrtle Stringer does hereby BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE and FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the said A. G. Stringer and wife, Myrtle Stringer of the City of Lubbock, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, described as follows, to-wit: Being North 30.0 feet of the East 2.0 feet of Lot 178, Bender Terrace Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said A. G. Stringer and wife, Myrtle Stringer, their heirs and assigns forever, so that neither the grantor nor its successors or assigns, nor any person or persons claiming under the grantor shall at any time hereafter have claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
