RESOLUTION
E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed for
Clawson Building Company attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of
he Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a
art of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 24th day of November , 1964.

eel of land lying in the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, described as follows,
to-wit:
A parcel of land out of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4, Block E-2,
Lubbock County, Texas, more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 33.08 feet West of the Northeast corner of said
Southwest 1/4 of said Section 4, Block T-2;
THENCE West a distance of 29.33 feet to a point;
THENCE South 680 00' East a distance of 12.81 feet to a point of curve;
THENCE on a curve to the left having a radius of 15 feet a distance of
19.22 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
i (The herein described property was dedicated by Lubbock Independent
School District as a portion of a public street but the property
herein specifically described has never been opened and used by the
