RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE ENGINEER TO PREPARE AND FILE ESTIMATE, ROLLS,
ETC. IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PAVING IMPROVEMENTS ON N.
iQUAKER AVENUE IN AND ALONG THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Lubbock has heretofore ordered
and provided for the improvement of a portion of N. Quaker Avenue in and along
the boundaries of the City as designated below:

2240-55 N. Quaker Avenue Clovis Road Loop 289
AND it is proposed to make and levy assessments against abutting property
and the owners thereof and others for a portion of the cost of such improvement:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK,
TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The Engineer of the City be, and he is hereby directed to prepare and
file with the City estimates showing cost of improvements in each Unit,
showing the description of the property abutting upon each unit with the
names of the owners of such property and the amounts proposed to be assessed
against each parcel of property showing other matters and things, it'be'ing
specially provided, however, that any mistake in such estimates or in amounts
and in the descriptions of property or names shall in no wise affect, invali-
date or impair any assessment which may be levied.
II.
Such estimates, rolls and statements shall show all information required
to be shown thereon by the proceedings of the City relating to such improve-
ments and the law and charter with amendments in force in the City, and by
the provisions of Article 1105B, Revised Civil Statues of Texas and amendments
thereto.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
