Hall - Wheelock's Second Addition - 08_13_1964 MYT:djl RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed to Sidney A. Hall attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. Senter, Jr., C torney �vwa*.d tt.City A rmy THE STATE OF TEXAS, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK I That the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipality of the County of Lubbock and State of Texas ,for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/100 ($1.00)--•-DOLLARS, to it in hand paid by Sidney A. Hall of the County of Lubbock and State of Texas ,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged a by these presents, BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE, AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said Sidney A. Hall his heirs and assigns,all its right title and interest in and to that certain tract or par- cel of land lying in the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at the Southeast Corner of Lot 4, Block 20. Wheelockls Second Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE West along the South Line of said lot and/or the North Line of East 23rd Street a distance of 140 feet to the Southwest Corner of said lots THENCE South a distance of 12.5 feet; THENCE East parallel to and 12.5 feet South of the South Line of said Lot 4 end/or the North Line of East 23rd Street a distance of 127.5 feet to a point of curvature for a 12.5 feet radius curve] THENCE along the 12.5 feet radius curve to the left an arc distance of 19.635 feet to the point of tangency, the same being the point of beginning for this tract. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and singular the rights, privi- leges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said Sidney A.
