RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
(gA)
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Street Dedication Deedl attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as
spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Re-
solution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 4th day of June 1964.

KNOB' ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK
THAT, the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipal Corporation, located
in Lubbock County, Texas, being the sole owner of the tracts of property described
below, does hereby dedicate to the public use as a public street for street uses
forever the following described tracts of land:
TRACT 1.
A triangular parcel of land off the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2.
Casey Subdivision of the East 1/2 of Block 12, of the John W. Jarrott
Subdivision of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Block B, Lubbock
County, Texas, more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 2, Casey
Subdivision,
THENCE West 28 feet plus or minus to a point;
THENCE Northeasterly on a curve to the right having a radius of
578.24 feet a distance of 30 feet plus or minus to a point in the East
line of said Lot 1, Block 2, Casey Subdivision;
THENCE South 10 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TRACT 2.
A parcel of land off of Lots 6 through 10, Block 2, Casey Subdivision
of the East 1/2 of Block 12, of the John W. Jarrott Subdivision of the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Block B, Lubbock County, Texas, more
fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 197.49 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot
10, said Block 2, Casey Subdivisions
THENCE West a distance of 06.26 feet to a point, said point being the
Southwest corner of Lot 6, said Block 2, Casey Subdivision;
THENCE North 13.55 feet to a point on a curve, said point being South
150 58' East, 364.0 feet from the center of said curve;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve having a radius of 364.0 feet a
distance of 9 4.23 feet to a point of tangent;
THENCE North 590 12' East a distance of 111.37 feet to a point of curve;
THENCE on a curve to the right having a radius of 578.24 feet a dis-
tance of 53 feet more or less to a point in the South line of the East-West
alley in said Block 2, Casey Subdivision;
THENCE East along the North side of Lots 9 and 10 a distance of 65 feet
more or less to a point, said point being the Northeast corner of Lot 10,

or less to a point on a curve;
THENCE Southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 528.24
feet a distance of 94.62 feet to a point of tangents

A parcel of land out of Tract 11(Eleven), John W. Jarrott Subdivision to
the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, more fully described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point 116.25 feet North of the Southwest corner of Tract
11, John W. Jarrott Subdivision, said Southwest corner being 25 feet East
of the Southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 2, Casey Subdivision;
THENCE North a distance of 53. 31 feet to a point on a curve;
THENCE Northeasterly on said curve to the right having a radius of 578.24
feet a distance of 471.97 feet to a point of tangent;
THENCE South 590 12' East a distance of 111.37 feet to a point of curve;
THENCE Easterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 364.0 feet a
distance of 94.23 feet to a point in the East line of said Tract 11 and the
West line of Ordord Avenue;
THENCE South a distance of 13.55 feet to a point, said point being the South-
east corner of said Tract 11, John W. Jarrott Subdivision;
THENCE West along the South side of Tract 11 the same being the North
line of 24th Street a distance of 96.26 feet to a point on a curve;
THENCE on a curve to the right having a radius of 414.0 feet a distance of
17.69 feet to a point of tangent;
THENCE North 590 12' West a distance of 111.37 feet to a point of curve,
THENCE Northwesterly and West on a curve to the left having a radius of
528.24 feet a distance of 445.86 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

A parcel of land out of the Southwest 1/4 of Tract 12, John W. Jarrott
Addition, an addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, more
fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 288.75 feet East of the Southwest corner of said
Tract 11, John W. Jarrott Addition;
THENCE West 100.26 feet to a point;
THENCE Northeasterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 364 feet
a distance of 101.0 feet more or less to a point, said point being in the
West line of Lot 6, Block 2, Casey Subdivision to the City of Lubbock;
THENCE South a distance of 13,55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the above described uses, rights,
easements and right of way unto the public to their proper use and behalf forever.
