Lj RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF A STREET AS LISTED
�i BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 13319 the subdivider of McLarty's Circle View Addition made arrange-
ments with W. D. Turner for the construction of paving improvements on certain
street dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said ordinance
prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of McLartyss Circle View
Addition including the following street:
Wolfforth Road from its intersection with the Center Line of Avenue P to its
intersection with the Center Line of Avenue L, known and designated as New
Subdivision Unit Number 1352.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer,
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found
to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned street
be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City=s portion of the cost.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 28TH DAY OF MAY, 1964.

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by W. D.
Turner, paving contractor, under his contract with the subdividers of
McLartyls Circle View Addition and find the improvements on Wolfforth
Road as listed on the final estimate sheet to have been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications and recommend that you
accept the improvements on said streets and/or avenues, authorizing
payment to the contractor the amount shown on the attached consolidated
final estimate sheet as due him by the City of Lubbock.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR
AVENUES AS LISTED BETAV:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
ram' City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Pleasant Ridge Addition, Lots 688-711,
made arrangements with L. A. Purtell for the construction of paving improve-
ments on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions
of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Pleasant
Ridge including the following streets:
6th Street from its intersection with a line 15 feet West of the West Property
Line of Bangor Avenue to its intersection with a line 3 feet West of the West
Property Line of the alley West of Bangor Avenue known and designated as New
Subdivision Unit Number 11424.
Bangor Avenue from its intersection with the South Lip Line of 4th Street to
its intersection with a line 2.5 feet North of the ,North Property Line of the
alley South of 6th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number
1147.
6th Street from its intersection with a line 15 feet East of the East Property
Line of Bangor Avenue to its intersection with a line 3 feet East of the East
Property Line of the alley East of Bangor Avenue known and designated as New
Subdivision Unit Number 1148-A.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the
abovementioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found
to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
