RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Dedication
Deed pertaining to the streets, alleys and other public properties of Tract
"C" Pheasant Run Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas,
attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council
and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a
part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 14th day of March 1985.

DEDICATION DEED
This is to certify that the City of Lubbock, a municipal corporation of the
County of Lubbock, State of Texas, is the sole owner of a 1.532 acre tract of land
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Pheasant Run Addition, Tract "C"
A tract of land located in Section 29, Block A-K, Lubbock County,
Texas, containing 1.532 acres, being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point being 2650.00 feet South and 627.50 feet
West of the Northeast corner of Section 29;
THENCE South 240.00 feet to a point;
THENCE West 278.00 feet to a point;
THENCE North 240.00 feet to a point;
THENCE East 278.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The City of Lubbock does hereby plat the above described property into lots and
blocks, designating streets, alleys and other public properties as thereon shown
in accordance with the attached map, prepared by Richard Barton, a licensed sur-
veyor for the State of Texas, on the 12th day of February, 1985, and approved by
the Planning Commission of -the City of Lubbock on the day of , 19_,
and desiring to have the said property platted and duly filed for record as re-
quired by law all as shown on the attached map; NOW THEREFORE,
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That for and in consideration of the special
benefits to the remainder of the property, the City of Lubbock does hereby DEDI-
CATE all the streets, alleys and other public properties thereon shown and Desi-
gnated upon said map to the PUBLIC for PUBLIC USE FOREVER; and by these presents,
do impress the name of Tract "C" Pheasant Run Addition to the City of Lubbock,
Lubbock County, Texas, upon said property for the correct reference and description
thereto by lots and blocks as indicated upon the attached map, and do hereby adopt
the name hereinabove stated and impress the same upon said land, incorporating said
map as part of this dedication.
