Claim Deed to B. R. Gamblin, O. B. Stephens, O. B. Stephens, Jr., J. B. Stephens, individually and as members of Oil Transport Equipment Company of Taylor County, doing business as Oil Transport Equipment Company a partner- ship, and M. K. Berry, a member of partnership but not individually, doing business as Oil Transport Equipment Company, a partnership conveying the land described in the attached conveyance which shall be spread upon the minutes of th Commission and as spread upon the minutes of this Commission shall constitute and be a part of this resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. STRON Mayor V y ATTES i '^ Lavefiia Lowe, City ecretary-Treasurer f iy K ttnoy QUIT CLAIM DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS @ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK @ THAT the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipality of the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/100 ($1. 00)DOLLARS, to it in hand paid by B. R. Gamblin, O. B. Stephens, 0. B. Stephens, Jr.. J. B. Stephens, individually and members of Oil Transport Equip- ment Company of Taylor County and M. K. Berry, member of partnership but not individually. doing business as Oil Transport Equipment Co., a partnership, of the County of Taylor, State of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do, by these presents, BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE, AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said grantees, their heirs and assigns, all its right title and interest in and to that certain tracts or parcels of land lying in the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, described as follows, to-wit: A parcel of land out of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 2, Block S. more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a point 246.5 feet East and 50 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 2. Block S, said point being 10 feet North of the Northwest corner of Lot 2. Rudman Addition: THENCE East a distance of 123.2 feet to a point; THENCE North 10 feet to a point; THENCE West 123.2 feet to a point; THENCE South 10 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said B. R. Gamblin, O. B. Stephens, O. B. Stephens, Jr.. J. B. Stephens, individually and as members of Oil Transport Equipment Company of Taylor County, doing business as Oil Transport Equipment Company a partnership, and M. K. Berry, a member of partnership but not Individually, doing business as Oil Transport Equipment Company, a partnership, their successors and assigns, forever, so that neither It the said City of Lubbock nor its successors and assigns, nor any person or persons claiming under is shall, at any time hereafter, have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof.
