RESOLUTION 01 47ILS-D RESOLUTION ACCEPTING n4PROGEHENTS ON PCELTIONS OF STREETS AND/ AUNUES AS LISTED BELOW: WHEREAS, in conformance with the p-:vin6 rs:,uirement provisions of City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider 'of tarrytown Addition, made arrangements with Hodges and Tierney, Inc. for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Tarrytown Addition including the following streets: 71st Street from its intersection with a line 14 feet Nest of 'the East Propert Line of Avenue U to its intersection with the Nest end of Radius on the South- east corner of Lot 329, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1272. 71st Street from its intersection with the West end of Radius on the Southeast corner of Lot 329 to its intersection with a line 17 feet West of the West Property Line of Avenue P, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1273, Avenue T from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 71st Street to its intersection with a line 3 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley North of 71st Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1274. Sherman Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 71st Street to its intersection with a line 3 feet South of the North Property Line of Loop 289, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1275. Avenue S from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 71st Street to its intersection with a line 3 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley North of 71st Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1276. Avenue S from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 71st Street to its intersection with a line 3 feet South of the North Property Line of Loop 289, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1277. Avenue Q from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 71st Street to its intersection with the East end of Radius on the Southeast corner of Avenue Q and 70th Place, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1278. 70th Place from its intersection with a line 17 feet West of the West Property Line of Avenue P to its intersection with a line 32 feet West of the East Property Line of Lot 356, Tarrytown Addition, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1279. Avenue P (concrete and one street stub west side only) from its intersection with a line 3 feet South of the North Property Line of Loop 289 to its intersection with a line 3 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley North of 70th Place, known and designated as part of New Subdivision Unit Number 1280. AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above- mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEAS. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to direct the payment of the City*s portion of the cost.
