RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Mexican Consulate for the City of Lubbock has requested
reserved on -street parking for diplomatic staff due to congested conditions
in the downtown area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of
international relations and visitors to our country, as well as the
citizens of the City of Lubbock to reserve parking for diplomatic staff;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the following named parking spaces are hereby reserved for use by
the diplomatic staff. of the Mexican Consulate located in Lubbock, Texas:
Last space -.-on Avenue L located north of the alley on the east side of
the street.
