RESOLUTION ACCEPTING (MOVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF A STREET AS LISTED
BE LOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Wilshire Park Addition, made arrange-
ttt ) cents with Pioneer Pavers, Inc. for the construction of paving improvements on a
ilo certain street dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said
Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Wilshire Park &ddi
tion including the following street:
Part of the east one-half of Zenith Avenue from its intersection with a line
15 feet South of the South Property Line of Parkway Drive to its intersection
with a line 18 feet South of the South Property Line of East 2nd Street, known
and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 820.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to
have been constructed in accordance with city specifications and in accordance
with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned street
be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the city's portion of the cost and to
release escrow money.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.

I have examined the pawing improvements constructed by Pioneer
Pavers, Inc., paving contractor, under their contract with the subdividers
of Vils'hire'Park dddition and find the improvements on East 1/2 of Zenith
.venue as listed on the final estimate sheet to have been completed in*
accordance with the plans and specifications and reciommend that you accept
the improvements on said streets and/or avenues, authorizing payment to the
contractor the amount shown'on the attached consolidated final estimate
sheet as due them by the City of Lubbock.
