STRONG, Mayo I I ATTEST: r«m Appruv4d Lave is Lowe, Cit Secretary-Treasurer I 1 i I I 1 t I I I i i I i �i WARRANTY DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS I KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK I THAT the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipal Corporation, acting by and through its Mayor, heretofore duly authorized,bf the County of Lubbock, State of Texas for and in consideration of the Burn of TEN DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to it in hand paid by Lubbock Independent School District, a Munici- pal Corporation, 7has Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents does Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said Lubbock Independent School District, a Municipal Corporation, of the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, all that certain tract of land being more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land out of Section 5, Block B, Lubbock County, Texas, more fully described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point 3455.60 feet North and 545.20 feet West of the Southeast corner of Section 5, Block B, Lubbock County, Texas, said point betig the Southeast corner of this 8 acre tract; THENCE West along South line of this tract 670.00 feet to a point; THENCE North along West line of this tract 519.37 feet to a point; THENCE East.hlong North line of this tract 670.00 feet to a point; THENCE South along East line of this tract 510.37 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 6.0 acres. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said Lubbock Independent School District, a Municipal Corporation, its successors and assigns forever; and I do hereby bind the City of Lubbock, its successors and assigns, to Warrant and Forever Defend all and singular the said premises unto the said Lubbock Independent School District, a Municipal Corporation, its succe- ssors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.
