NOW THEREFORE: �"6 13 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK; SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized 'II and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed to Premium Builders, Inc., a Corporation, covering the following parcel of land out of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, Block E, Lubbock County, Texas, more full ,' described as follows: Being all of the East 2.0 feet of Lot 200, Tarrytown Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas.
