BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized I and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed ( to H. & H. Corporation and the Jim - Lee Company, covering the following; parcel of land out of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 12, Block E2, Lubbock County, Texas, more fully described as follows: I Being all of the East 2.0 feet of Lot 1268, Caprock Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, as said Caprock Addition appears i in Volume 938, Page 85, Deed Records for Lubbock County, Texas.
