CLA11K DBA BRAN-CLAR i COMPANY, A PARTNERSHIP,FOR THAT EAST-WEST ALLEY IN LOT 2, MERRI9,11 AND WILD SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 14, ROBERTS AND McWHORTER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS, HERETOFORE ABANDONED AND FULLY DESCRIBED IN THIS RESOLUTION. f WHEREAS, that Eatt-West Alley as herein described, has been abandoned f as an alley and any other public use; and, it WHEREAS, that B. Brandon, W. W. Clark and R. E. Clark d.b.a. Bran- Clar Co. of Lubbock, Texas, a partnership, is now entitled to a quit claim deed from the City of Lubbock, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: ! , I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: I!
